The City Of Orlando Is Split It Up Into 9 Districts
The City of Orlando is split it up into 9 districts. Indeed, each district has its own personality and offers different events throughout the year. The manager of each district is in charge of these activities and their primary goal is to always drive customers and tourists into their districts. For example, the Small Business Saturday is an event that is held, each year, the day after Black Friday and the main goal of each district is to get business to their stores and to celebrate with the community. For these small businesses, this time of the year is extremely important and many of them rely on the holiday season to accomplish their annual sales. (Orlando Sentinel, 2015). This year is not different, the Mills50 district is going to hold the Small Business Saturday and it needs a little bit of help to stand out of the rest. Audubon Park is one of the Orlando Districts and an indirect competitor of Mills 50. This park has done similar activities in the past and last year for the Small Business Saturday event they did a raffle for cash. The event was successful in getting business to the local stores and this year they are planning on following along with the Ivanhoe District in their annual Sip and Stroll. According to Fresh Market (2016), the event is scheduled to take place on November 26th. The Audubon Park district is committed to create a sustainable local economy and they want ââ¬Å"to put the area on the path to becoming an Orlando EcoDistrict.â⬠(Audubon Park, 2016).Show MoreRelatedLenin13422 Words à |à 54 PagesRed Terror * 6.4 Civil War * 6.5 1920-22 * 7 Retirement and death * 7.1 Funeral * 8 Politics and world revolution * 8.1 Stance on antisemitism * 8.2 Writings * 9 Personal life and characteristics * 10 Legacy * 10.1 Statues and city names * 11 In popular culture * 11.1 Film * 11.2 Television * 12 See also * 13 References * 13.1 Footnotes * 13.2 Bibliography * 14 Further reading * 15 ExternalRead MoreEvaluating The Use Of The Jewish Faith To Cope Within An6012 Words à |à 25 Pages(Jewish population in the United States 2012, 2013) Indiana is the twenty-seventh most Jewish populated state (34,000), with Indianapolis accounting for approximately one-third of this number (10,000) and most of those living on the Northside of the city.
